This chicken parm recipe will make sense if you listen to the podcast: Servings 4 Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Ingredients: 4 thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 egg1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powderfreshly ground black pepper to taste1/4 cup all purpose flour1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese2 teaspoons dried basil2 teaspoons dried oregano1 cup marinara sauce (approximate measure)4 slices mozzarella cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper. In one shallow bowl, use a fork to beat egg with onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. In another shallow bowl, stir together flour, parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano. Dip each chicken piece into egg mixture, and allow excess egg to drip off.
