Off The Rails

Tuesday is the election!  

This week we talk to Eliot both on the road and in the studio about the variety of issues covered at the latest televised debate.  Everything from religious ceremonies to marijuana legalization, immigration and Planned Parenthood get discussed as we go off the rails once again in this extended edition.

This week Eliot talks with Brandon Hall, Louisiana State Director of Secular Majority, about the relationship between religion and the state.  The second half of the show Eliot responds to a questionnaire put out to all the candidates by Secular Majority.

Eliot gets fired up discussing what he views to be Louisiana's greatest problem (our credibility on a national scale) and lays out the story he wants to tell the rest of the nation.    

This episode we spent time discussing the latest candidate forum where Eliot fielded questions on Welfare, Law Enforcement, and the EPA.  Eliot's philosophy of seeking common ground has begun to gain popularity amongst the voting public that has become weary choosing between Republicans and Democrats..  

Eliot had a great interview on TV this past week discussing the Green Party and fielding questions on a variety of subjects including Common Core.

In from another week of campaigning, Eliot talks about why so few people are turning out on Voting Day and how the Green Party has the potential to be the alternative for those who feel unrepresented by the two party system.    

After action review of another week in the life of Green Party candidate Eliot S. Barron discussing concerns of the constituents, issues affecting the district, and his platform.  

In episode #2 Eliot talks about his first trip to the 5th District since the election began, talking politics with the young and old, and the unique quality of the Green platform in a district considered safely Red.
