Episode 70 is not the victory celebration we hoped for this week. An uninspired performance and the effort of donkeys were the themes of the #CarabaoCupFinal . We did enjoy taking a trip across the Bay Bridge to @MaggieMcGarrys. We got to meet and cheer #AFC on with @BayAreaGooners and some @EastBayGooners. It was always going to be a tough fixture against #MCFC The match was "game on" most of the way with both teams getting few chances but applying pressure. #Arsenal got some calls that most would agree were against them. @emarsho and @goonerRush were baffled by Wenger's lineup choice, especially playing #Coq at Center Back.
