Cris Rtek, a DJ and Producer originally from the USA but not living in Korea drops an awesome deep house set for us for the next Guest Mix. Cris has been producing, playing, and promoting the deep house scene here in Korea over the past several years, especially in the southern cities of Daegu and Busan. He was one of the earliest proponents of the genre prior to its current popularity. He has played at numerous clubs such as FIX and Almost Famous and recently teamed up with two other deep house DJs Aaron Cho and Run.Catch.Kiss to create the Soulroom Bangers party series. He has put some time into production as well so be on the look out for new music from him in the next year. My guest mix comes from Lewis Anthony. He is originally from the UK but currently resides in Seoul, South Korea. Lewis is an accomplished DJ and producer and has played around the city as well as releasing a number of EPs. In addition, Lewis created the Social Underground party series, one of the most successful underground house parties in Seoul. Although deep house can now be found at many venues around the city, Social Underground was one of the first places to play it and be successful before it caught on.
