This week’s show featured attorney David Cripe with Hauptman O’Brien detailing their annual “Safe Ride Home” program to get drunk drivers off the streets, American Legion Post 348 member John Linton promoting their gun show fundraiser, Popcorn and Cocktails owner Angela Poor talking about their special offers for vets and active duty military, and the Salvation Army’s Jeff Beckman discussing the Tree of Lights campaign fundraiser.

This week’s show featured Sheepgate president Michael Hunsberger discussing what they do to assist those with drug and alcohol addiction, Dear Jack Foundation board member Mike Sigmond highlighting the programs they offer to young adults battling cancer and their caregivers, and Goodwill Omaha VP of mission advancement Nicole Wilson talking about their partnerships with various groups to assist those looking for employment or continuing education opportunities.

This week’s show featured Share Omaha executive director Teresa Mardesen previewing the annual appeal “Giving Tuesday” for local nonprofits, Food Bank for the Heartland’s Stephanie Sullivan discussing the present need for food assistance in our area, and Salvation Army’s Maj. Dan Sawka promoting the latest Red Kettle campaign to do the most good in our community.

This week’s show featured Project Wee Care co-chairs Dick Hovorka and Steve Schrader discussing their annual effort to provide gifts and hope to hundreds of area families-in-need over the holidays.  Then, Joy Lewis described the Lightbridge app for those living with traumatic brain injury and/or PTSD.

Randy Sutton talking about his support organization for injured law enforcement officers, Omaha Steaks CEO Nate Rempe promoting their partnership with Concerts 4 A Cause called “Songs and Steaks” for music education for children, and Washington County Veterans Services Officer Ed Lautrup with Omaha Federal Credit Union’s Julie Gasper discussing their Vets Baskets effort.

This week’s show featured NUCCA practitioner Dr. Marcy Ziska describing what she does for those dealing with everything from body pain to migraines.  Then, Hook n Sync Foundation executive director Sasha promoted her nonprofit’s event to bring the community together through a music festival.

Banks to discuss how his book (Eat Sh*t and Smile) can help others overcome the same life and business obstacles that he’s been through.  Then, Bellevue University Military Veterans Service Center manager Ashlea Rodriguez promoted their effort to fill backpacks for homeless veterans full of necessary items to assist them during the winter.

This week’s show featured Cereset Omaha owner Deb Gray discussing the work they do to alleviate issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and more.  Then, Team Rubicon member Diane Mack talked about what it’s like to respond to a natural disaster like a hurricane.
