Angelikah Demonikah is a 25 year old HIV activist from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was recently featured in the documentary “Me, Myself and HIV” for MTV's Staying Alive campaign, which premiered on World AIDS day. She is currently in school pursuing a degree in Social Work.

Larry is Director for National Organizing of Housing Works, the nation's largest minority controlled HIV & AIDS non profit organization. Larry works to develop and support grassroots advocacy and activist networks which influence politicians and policy that lead to addressing the factors that lead to ending the HIV & AIDS epidemic in the United States and abroad. Jane is a twenty eight year old, HIV postive woman who lives in NY in a community that is still very uneducated and unaware of HIV and the reality that HIV does not stereotype, she uses her story and voice to educate people trying to dispell certain stigma's still attached to HIV/Aids. Jane is an HIV activist and advocate, a single mother to an amazing son, a college student working on her bachelors in clinical laboratory science and planning to get her PhD in bio-engineering to do HIV/Aids research, she is a Dab the Aids Bear Ambassador of Hope, she is a member of the anti stigma committee started by the Nebraska Aids Project as well as a participant of the campaign, and a blogger who's articles are being used by MTV Staying Alive for their World AIDS Day campaign. Jane is currently working on her autobiography, and the launch of S.P.E.A.K. a non-profit project aimed at helping to raise awareness.  

Starting in 2007 while still enrolled in college at LSU, Ryan Dixon began to star in adult films using the stage name 'Kameron Scott'. After graduation in 2008 he moved to Florida where his career in the Adult film industry really began to prosper. His rise to success was stopped just as suddenly as it began with his HIV positive diagnosis in December of 2008. He now devotes his time working with a non profit to educated the young gay population of South Florida in the dangers of unsafe sex.

Michelle Anderson is an African-American woman who has been living for HIV since 1999. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas and is very active in her community as Co-Chair of Campaign to End AIDS Texas , The Afiya Center Peer Educator , Public Speaker , as well as a board member for AIDS Services of Dallas, and ADAP Advocacy Association where she is the Treasurer. Michelle has dedicated much of her personal life to educating others on HIV/AIDS throughout the greater Dallas area and beyond. She plans to finish her degree in Social Work where she will be able to continue to spread the message, and educate people regarding HIV/AIDS. Michelle is has stepped out of the box and is currently Ms. Duncanville Plus America 2010 and 2011. She plans to use her title to become the voice of positive women of color. Michelle has experience as a group facilitator and has attended many conferences where she received training in Advocacy, Project LEAP (Learning, Empowerment, Advocacy, Participation), and Common Threads.

Mondo Guerra, the rocking 32-year-old breakout star from the eighth season of Project Runway, turned tear ducts to geysers during a past episode, when he revealed his HIV-positive status. Which was a secret he'd been hiding from his deeply religious family for ten years. Once the sobbing subsided, and Mondo laid claim to his much deserved third win in a row (the first turkey in Project Runway history!), a bigger question loomed in the minds of viewers: How did his deeply religious family take the news when they saw it? Chelsea Gulden learned she was HIV-positive and pregnant the summer before her senior year in college. At the time, both diagnoses were a shock. “I knew HIV was out there, but I didn’t know much else,” says 23-year-old Gulden, who today is an adolescent care coordinator at the Metrolina AIDS Project in Charlotte, N.C. Gulden was on antiretroviral medication while pregnant, and she gave her newborn son, Noah, AZT syrup every six hours the first six weeks of his life. “All I could think about was my baby,” she says. “I didn’t have time to process my own diagnosis. I was just praying for him to be OK, and I was so happy when he tested negative.”Chelsea is currently involved with Hope's Voice and is a United States Campaign Ambassador for their Does HIV Look Like Me? campaign.

Kimberley Locke gained fame with her participation in the 2003 American Idol® television series where she was second runner up to Ruben Studdard, and in 2007 she garnered media attention for her participation in VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club.” Locke is excited to release her new dance single, “Strobe Light,” a collaboration with “Idol” judge and producer Randy Jackson’s Dream Merchant 21 label and Ingrooves with Cutfather (Christina Aguilera, Santana, cat Dolls) producing the track. “Strobe Light” is slated for release April 6, 2010. For the past six years, Locke has been actively involved with Camp Heartland, a national non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of children and their families impacted by HIV/AIDS. She has also worked with several HIV/AIDS related charities, including the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation, YouthAIDS, and the Davy Foundation.
