Brothers, Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest in professional cycling and their own riding and racing (Randy races, not Dean). The Vuelta a España begins soon and Dean will be there for the opening stage 1 team time trial in Barcelona. Some recent shorter stage races took place in Norway, Denmark and Spain with American Team DSM-firmenich racer Kevin Vermaerke taking 3rd overall at Artic Race of Norway. Primož Roglič and Jumbo - Visma won another stage race in preparation for the Vuelta. Randy races at Masters Nationals later this week.

Randy and Dean talk about professional cycling and in this episode the Warren brothers discuss some of the action from the UCI World Championships that are taking place in Scotland. The US women have had great success on the track as well as in the individual time trial. The elite men's road race is one for the ages. Dean traveled to Scotland and gives his first hand experience from watching the final circuits in Glasgow.

The Tour had a lot of promise for a tight two way battle until the end, a hope for an American stage win and perhaps a record being broken. Although those hopes all faded, the racing each day except maybe two stages was pretty fantastic with lots of action on most stages, big breakaways and exciting finishes.

The Warren brothers recap some highlights of the three week race and then touch on a few other races going on, looking at the Tour of Japan where American Luke Lamperti (Trinity Racing) has won a couple stages and is in the best sprinter's jersey. USA Cycling announces Gravel National Championships to take place in September in Nebraska.

Dean just has returned from a vacation trip and he and Randy talk about how well Tadaj Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) and Primož Roglič (Team Jumbo-Visma) each win three stages and the overall at Paris-Nice and Tirreno-Adriatico. These races will be followed by the first monument of the season, Milan-Sanremo.

The opening weekend of spring classics in Belgium saw Team Jumbo-Visma score wins and double podiums at the Omloop het Niewsblad and Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne races. SD Worx dominated in the women's races. At the United Arab Emirates world tour stage race, Remco Evenepoel won the overall while Adam Yates won the final uphill stage. Dean is off on vacation while Randy readies for his upcoming gravel camp.

Movistar's Matteo Jorgensen held on to win the overall at the Tour of Oman after winning stage 3 and the American secured the overall by finishing second in the final stage to win by one second. Three different US pro riders have now already won road races in 2023! Tadej Pogacar (UAE) storms to a couple of solo wins in Spain and Alexander Kristoff (Uno-X) wins in Portugal. Plus a quick recap of the past couple weeks of action including the Cyclocross World Championships.

Randy & Dean Warren talk about the start to the European road racing season 2023. Racing is taking place in southern Spain and southern France as well in Saudi Arabia. The Warren brothers also look forward to the upcoming cyclocross world championships and cannot predict who will come on top to wear the rainbow stripes.
