St. John Ambulance Northeastern Ontario

A reupload of an interview conducted in late 2019 with Chief Paul Pedersen, of the Greater Sudbury Police Service. We discussed his role as a member of the board of directors for St. John Ambulance North-Eastern Ontario, and his transition into the role of chair of the Public Relations committee, responsible for event planning and promotion for the organization. We also discuss the pivotal role that our volunteers play in the Sudbury community and beyond, while sharing advice that he has for new volunteers that are looking to make an impact in their respective communities. 

We were delighted to have Beth Smith on as our next guest for the Community Leaders Interview Series. As the current chair of the Community Services sub committee and a member of the board of directors for SJA Northeastern Ontario, there was plenty to discuss. We spoke about the current state of the AMFR unit,  her role within the organization and how to get involved within SJA as a new volunteer.
