In episode 42 with talk with Bill Lavers form the Harrison County Development Commission. Bill talks to us about the SEA Force program. This stands for skills, experience, and adventure. This program provides high school kids a paid internship in career fields of their choice. The kids are required to fill out an application and interview for the jobs they are applying for. The goal of the SEA Force program is to let these kids experience different jobs so that they can find a career field that is best suited for them.
