Since the older sisters and many more teens of yesterday have been dying to know, this week, Rileigh finally explains YouTube and all of its secrets. From why teen girls want to know what other teen girls just bought at the store to how to make that sweet sweet YouTube money, Rileigh covers it all while the oldest Smirl girls reminisce on the first viral internet videos. Even though the beginning of this week's episode sounds like we've started a new Riverdale fan/hatecast, I promise we haven't, we just get really passionate about Archie and teen dramas. Since we needed to discuss the legitimacy of this new show, we thought it would be fitting to discuss the idea of fan-ing out over celebrities, and find out that all three of us have done some somewhat creepy-ish things over the years... In this week's very timely episode, the sisters discuss a somewhat more sensitive topic (and one that makes Rileigh very uncomfortable at times), birth control. Since birth control is a phrase most all teenagers have had to hear or even experience at some point in their lives, the sisters thought this discussion would shed some light on the stigma and social acceptability of birth control throughout the years. As the cold, dreary winter season continues to make life a little bit worse for everybody, the sisters reflect on one of the only enjoyable factors of winter during school, snow days. From the trio's combined hatred of winter sports, to the pure joy they all felt when waking up to find school had been cancelled, to learning some surprising slang terms for snow, the sisters have covered all the bases this week and hope you can relate to at least one of those feelings. We aren't really sure what happened this week, we planned on talking about jobs and somehow the majority of this episode is about troll butts, Batman pizza, and Sydnee's new boat life. Happy New Year from the Smirl sisters to you! It's finally 2017, and we're all happy that 2016 is over. As the holiday season comes to a close, it's time to think about what the most important thing is to do after you receive all of those lovely, thoughtful holiday presents...return them all. It's officially spooky season! Or as Rileigh would call it, "spoopy" season. To celebrate this most wonderful time of the year, the sisters discuss some of their most favorite scary movies and tv series, where we learn Sydnee has been the victim of some pretty spooky baby monitor pranks.

This week, Sydnee and Teylor realize that Rileigh is like an old person when it comes to sleep, which is to say, she loves it and needs to go to bed early and sleep late every day.
