Baltimore Reaction: Cries from the Ashes & A Word from Attorney Sherri Jefferson As the National Guard troops and the governor's office have descended upon Baltimore following reactions to the possible murder of local resident, Freddie Gray, a 25-year old African American male, this episode will discuss how residents of Baltimore reacted to his death and how their reactions turned into protests, which the media alleged quickly turned into reactions involving fires, theft and physical altercations. However, over 2000 people march upon City Hall without incident of violence. The real question is whether Baltimore residents represent the meaningful attitudes of most Americans or whether the actions or reactions of Sunday's events represent a small segment of society.  Attorney Sherri Jefferson and the African American Juvenile Justice project are reminded of the arrest of 235 people, which includes 34 juveniles as of airing of this episode. Has CEMEX SAB de CV (CEMEX ADR) enaged in REVERSE DISCRIMINATION? It appears that CEMEX has a double standard policy, which allows for minorities with criminal convictions to gain, maintain and retain employment at its US operations while other groups are denied employment.  According to CEMEX's own company policy, they have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohols, yet members of their management team have criminal convictions.  As African Americans move for equality, the issue must be address with fairness.  The issue of reverse discrimination and double standards in hiring practices has been submitted to President Karl H. Watson, Frank Craddock of Operations and Mike Egan, General Counsel, but to no avail.

This episdoe will discuss whether limits of police seized assets is an abuse of discretion by the Attorney General or a method to avoid abuse of process and discretion by local and state police and judicial systems? We will examine several legal theories and issues faced by local and state police.
