Assistant Editor Sienna interviews theatre-maker and festival producer Jose Canseco about his experience co-producing a digital arts festival amid Covid-19 and lockdown in the UK. Jose tells us more about the vision behind Virtual Variety Fest and how it has created an online community of international artists during a time of job-loss and isolation. Film-maker and documentary producer Jay Martin joins Assistant Editor Sienna on Instagram for a live interview. Redt’Blue is a documentary short exploring the historic swing in the 2017 election when Mansfield swung from Labour to Conservative. Jay shares the story of the documentary Redt’Blue and how this project is both community-focussed and pertinent to the current political landscape.
