This week the Modfather sits down with 'The Most Handsome man in wrestling' Adam Maxted. For a man still quite new in the wrestling game, Adam has so many cool stories. From growing up in Ireland and discovering wrestling while in foster care to spending a year in Aba Daba as a personal trainer. How he discovered Irish Wrestling while working as a rep in Marbella and came straight home to start chasing his dream. Then of course we get into Love island, how he got on the show and how he used the exposure to get him a foot in the door on the British Wrestling scene. Its a super interesting story from a guy I'm calling The most humble man in wrestling.

This week the MODern man meets the missing link as Flash sits down with Primate. They talk about growing up in Newcastle in the early 90s. How Goldberg caught his imagination from a young age and lit a fire that never truly went away. They chat about joining the army and his tours abroad and finally they talk about him finding Wrestling after leaving the forces and the roller-coaster ride he’s been on since. It’s a laugh a minute this week with the man known as Primate.

This week the Mod meets the Lady as Flash sits down with Lady Chardonnay. Here Flash talks to her about her beginnings into wrestling as a young teen wrestling with her brother. They talk about starting wrestling and how she had to overcome social anxiety before she could step foot into the ring on a show. They they discuss the evolution from Chav Chardonnay to Lady Chardonnay and how she really found herself in Japan as part of Stardom. Then finally they talk her goals for 2018 and where she wants to work next. This might be a name you might now know right now but you sure will soon enough.

For the first episode of 2018 Flash is joined by Vancouver’s own El Phantasmo. Just like his matches this weeks Wrestling Friends is full of twists and turns. From finding wrestling at his grandmothers farm at a young age to rediscovering the squared circle while in film school. We talk about his rise through the Vancouver wrestling scene, trying to break America, a career devastating motorcycle accident and finally finding his confidence again and making the jump to the UK. just like the man himself this weeks episode is a real head banger.

This week Flash is joined by his long time friend and a man he helped to train ‘Dragonheart’ Danny Jones. Here they talk about him falling in love with wrestling, his time training mma as he didn’t think there were wrestling schools in Britain and how he discovered the British scene. They then chat about his time at the Dragon Pro Academy and how it’s changed over he last 5 years. How hard it was to break into the British scene and find his place in places like Attack and Chaos. Then finally they dive into some great stories from his latest tour with Old Japan. Dan is someone who will make waves next year so get to know him now!

Its episode 64 and that means Flash is joined by the wonderful Gabriel Kid. They talk about everything, from discovering wrestling at the age of 10 while on holiday in Ireland to venturing into the world of grappling himself. They discuss what it was like starting training at such a young age when the rest of you peers were adults and how hard it was to make his debut. Then course they talk everything What Culture and how Kidd became a part of WCPW and went from a relative unknown on the UK scene to the WCPW Internet champion. This might be the last episode of the year, and Flash goes out with a bang.

This week the Modfather meets 'The Urchin prince' Drew Parker. Here they talk about his love of wrestling and breaking into the business in North Wales and how he met Kid Lykos in his first month of training. They Talk about how his friendship with Lykos led them to form the YOLO squad and help them break out across the UK. We Discuss the origin and inception of the ECDrew Character and finally they dive right into Drews love of Deathmatch and why he was compelled to transform into the Urchin Prince and not how mental DEATH HOUSE really was.

This week Flash is joined by one half of the former London Riots, Rob Lynch. Here Flash and Rob talk in great detail about how Rob fell in love with wrestling and his early days training alongside British legends Tony Scarlo and Adrian Street. They chat about the formation of the London Riots and what some of Robs personal highlights were as a team. Then they get into Robs recent absence from the ring. The reason behind why he left and what he hope to achieve now he's back in the squared circle.

This week the Modfather sits down with Fight Club pro Co-owner and Founder Martin Zaki. Here they talk about Zaki's love of wrestling and how influential ECW was for him and Co-founder Trent Seven in venturing into the world of Professional Wrestling. They discuss in depth the origin of Fightclub Pro and why they felt compelled to bring the style that is now known as British Strong Style to the of the British Wrestling Scene. And We retrospectively look at the Growth of the company from its days at Penn Cricket club, The Planet Nightclub, Fixxion Warehouse and finally Starworks. if you're a fan of Fight Club pro or even British Strong Style this one is definitely for you.

This weeks guest might be a name that many don't recognize but its a story you need to hear. Fraser story starts back in 2004 when he debuted down in the south west as the 30 stone monster 'Richter'. Here he was a main stay across Bristol and Gloucester but wasn't happy or fulfilled in his professional or personal life. Fast forward to present day, Fraser has lost over half his body weight and is preparing to make his re-debut as part of Fight Club Pro. Its a story or passion, determination and heart-ache and triumph. You wont what to miss this one.

This week the Modfather is joined by the first woman of OTT Session Moth Martina. Here they discuss her love of wrestling and how she re-discovered it at a later age. How she stop started with wrestling a few times but stopped due to a lack of confidence, and how a chance meeting of a wrestling promoter on a night our lead her to giving Professional wrestling one last go. They then talk in depth about her evolution from Kazza the generic lovable babyface to one of Britian's top character wrestlers. They then dive into Martina's place in today wrestling scene, the importance of social media and if she thinks there is a place for a Session Moth in WWE. Its an all out assault with one of Britain's most loved characters.

This weeks the King of the Mods sits down with PWG's Excalibur. They dive into what made Excalibur fall in love with wrestling and he accounts the hours he spent trading tapes and running message boards in his youth. He Explains how a chance meeting with Super Dragon resulted him moving to California and chasing his dream of being a professional wrestling and why at the peak of his career he decided to step away from the squared circle. And of course they chat in depth about how he became the voice of PWG and if he's content with that role of if he still gets the itch.

This week Flash sits down with the 'Forgotten Midlands boy' MK McKinnan. Its a great chat which gets to the roots of MK's obsession with Wrestling, from WWF to WCW. His venture into the pro Wrestling World with Midlands Promotion AWW, and how a chance meeting with Trent Seven at a training seminar changed the course of his career. They then of course get into Fight club pro, breaking out into the British Independent scene and finally why he stepped away from a scene that's predominate style he helped to forge. Its a Cracking episode with a tasty little exclusive at the end, don't miss it.

This weeks flash sits down with the pan-sexual Phenomenon Jack Sexsmith. Here they discuss jacks journey into wrestling in London back in 2008, the career threatening injury that forced him to leave the business for almost 3 years and him finding his love of wrestling again thanks to progress. They also talk in depth about Jack's in ring character and his openness about his sexuality and how he wasn't always this open but how finding himself in wrestling has made him alot more open and happy in real life. its an open and honest account from one of the fastest rising stars in British Wrestling today.

This week Flash sits down with 2016 CZW Tournament of Death winner Rickey Shane Page. They talk about how seeing Mick Foley get thrown from the Hell in the Cell, ignited Rickey’s fascination with wrestling and started his journey into Backyard wrestling. They chat about his start in indy wrestling and becoming Christian Faith, before teaming with Vincent Nothing. Then Ricky explains how severe neck injury resulted in time off and the rebirth of him as RSP. And of course they discuss in depth about Rickey’s deathmatch career, winning TOD and his worst bumps. Rickey is one of the best guys in the world with a story to match.

This week the king of the mods is joined by Mark 'Dunkzilla' Davis. Its a lovely chat with the Aussie big man as they talk about his late introduction to wrestling at nearly 15 years old but how it stole his heart almost immediately. They discuss the Australian scene and what it was like breaking into the business and how it differs to the UK. Then they chat about how a match with Chris Hero in 2007 lead to a trip to the US to train under Chikara and even resulting in him wrestling for PWG. they finally we discuss his injury and what finally motivated him to move to the UK to follow his dream of becoming a full time professional wrestler.

This week Flash sits down with the incredibly Robbie X. They chat about Robbie's super young start into the business with one of the countries biggest promotions 1PW at only 11 years old. How an array of trainers made him as well rounded a wrestler as you can be and his rise through the ranks at Southside wrestling and his infamous match with Jay Lethal. Then it becomes a real heart to heart that dives into alot of personal stuff in Robbie's past and gives you the full picture of just who the young cruiser-weight really is.

A little bit different this week. This week Flash is joined by the character that is Spud 2002. We all recall the fantastic episode with Rockstar Spud almost a year ago well since then Spud was involved in a awful gym accident and has lost his memory. He now believes he's in 2002 and is only 9months into the business. As bizarre as an episode can get they talk about his start into wrestling, who 'gets it' in the business and his dream of going to America to become a 'REAL WRESTLER'. Enjoy!
