In Guest Services, we read a rebuttal email from the Chief Legal Correspondent of the MOWican Nation, Harry Bernstein, “My Cousin Harry.” This email is in response to Lee’s statements regarding his visit to Harry’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, USA. In the Queue, discuss two rumors that have popped up in the Disney fan universe. First, we discuss the rumor that the Disney and Fox talks, regarding the acquisition, seem to be back on. Second, we discuss a rumor that suggests that Disney is considering erecting a hotel that is attached to Future World in Epcot. We reference the below article written by Tom Corless: WDWNT. For this episode, we discuss the latest offering to come out of Pixar, Coco. It was released in the United States of America during the 2017 Holiday season on November 21, 2017. The movie uses the Mexican holiday, El Día De Los Muertos as a backdrop for this story. We discuss such things as where Coco would rank in our list of Pixar movies, would you like to see this replace the Three Caballeros in the Mexico pavilion in Epcot, and much, much more! In addition to this, we briefly discuss the Frozen short, or LONG as it were, that precedes Coco, Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. On this episode, we once again flex our creative muscles and do some armchair imagineering on our own with a new segment we call, Classic? Or TRASH IT! The way this segment works is as follows. We decided on a park to work on...in this case, we chose the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Then, we each chose a land to work on so that we did not all work on the same thing. Within each land, we chose an attraction to reimagine. Once you have heard our proposals, you get to vote on each one of our projects. You can either keep the Classic, or vote to TRASH IT and replace it with our new vision. Watch for a poll to pop up the same day we release this show.
