Our passion for spreading these health topics/tips/tools to enrich and touch as many lives as possible.    Angela goes into her background and her own struggle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for over 10 years and her own discouragements with the conventional medical system. How she decided it was time SHE found her own answers and through studying she became a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbal Medicine Practitioner. During this time applying the therapies she learnt she healed herself of IBS and grew a burning passion to help others out there like her who have lived with chronic illness and are desperate for real answers, natural therapies that work, without harsh, harmful side effects.    She shares her story with you and we hope that our passion to bring you cutting edge, health information will assist you greatly in your journey towards complete health today.
