Attending Kettering University in 2009, Ken quickly worked on establishing a team, pursuing varsity status and full funding granted 2.5 years later. Ken went on to serve as a college regional director, then developmental division director for USA Ultimate and director of operations for the Detroit Mechanix.   While working as a mechanical engineer, he started Aero Ultimate as a simple outlet of his ideas like the SkyLight.
