In this episode, we look at a few reasons why motivations such as anger, guilt, fear, or competitiveness are ultimately damaging and ineffective. And we’ll also look at reasons why the correct motivation – the love of God – is superior.

People want to learn time management in order to relieve their stress and finally feel at peace with schedules. But the deeper reason is that we define ourselves by our accomplishments. Hoping in time management to give us peace won't work. Instead, we need to find our value and our standing in Jesus Christ.
