Four Quarters

Kawhi Leonard did it. He led the Raptors to the golden trophy. The Warriors and their dynasty could not stay together this year without KD, and later, Klay Thompson. The West is also heating up for next year already as AD gets traded to the Lakers right after the Finals ends. This is the season finale of the NBA, and also of Four Quarters.

The conference finals have wrapped up and Kawhi, Drake, and the Toronto Raptors have emerged victorious against the Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis. Now, they'll go onto face the almighty Warriors so Drew gives his opinion on who he thinks is going to win. Also, LeBron's son made an Instagram and is wildly popular already.

Drew brings on special guest Jack Sommer to talk about the latest in the NBA Playoffs - including how even without KD, the Warriors have polished off the Portland Trailblazers in a 4-0 series victory. Also the Bucks and Raptors are tied up 2-2, a series which has the Kawhi/Giannis matchup but also a heavy Drake presence. Finally, they talk about NBA Draft and trade theories (particularly of the Knicks and the Pelicans).

Is Kawhi's crazy buzzer beater a bigger shot than Dame's? Which of the Curry brothers will prevail on the West Coast? Did the Knicks get screwed in the NBA Draft Lottery by not getting the #1 Zion pick? These are all questions Drew looks at this episode while he gives his predictions for the Conference Semifinals that are now off to their start.

As the Conference Semifinals near their end, Boston is the first to be eliminated (4-1) at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis. Elsewhere in the East, the 76ers are on the brink of elimination to the Raptors and Kawhi. Over in the West, both series have been tight. Drew breaks it all down. Plus, the Lakers and Tyronn Lue not agreeing on a coaching contract and other thoughts on their offseason.

KD is putting on a show against the Rockets this 2nd round series. Meanwhile, Harden and CP3 are just complaining about foul calls! Will Houston get it together? Drew also talks about the rest of the 2nd Round matchups and the possibility of Melo coming back to the Knicks.

Damian Lillard hit the biggest shot of the year so far and Russell Westbrook is sent home packing yet again. The 1st round is just about wrapped up so Drew recaps that and his predictions for the 2nd round in both the West and the East.

We're a couple weeks away from the end of the season and the final playoff races are down to the wire. Drew breaks what to look out for down the stretch in both the Eastern and the Western Conferences, including what the final results could mean for the teams involved. The Brooklyn Nets are one of those teams trying to lock in the best position, and Drew talks about them in comparison to the horrible season the Knicks are having - even though he also does share hope of how Zion has been looking in the NCAA tournament. Also discussed is Lonzo Ball's BBB (Big Baller Brand) tattoo cover-up and general distancing from his father's brand.

D'Angelo Russell is balling out of control for the Brooklyn Nets right now, proving his move from LA was the right one. Meanwhile with the Lakers, more criticism comes in for LeBron from Kobe and Clyde Frazier. As opposed to Russell Westbrook last week, Mike Scott actually has a positive and funny interaction with a fan. James Harden is full of himself, but for good reason. Plus, Giannis is working to improve his shot to become unstoppable. Drew breaks it all down.

Russell Westbrook had an incident with a fan in Utah, James Dolan also had a problem with a fan, Charles Barkley made some comments about Kyrie and KD not being able to handle the NY media, the Celtics had what supposedly could be season-turning plane ride lead by Kyrie himself, Jeff Van Gundy made some crazy hot take about LeBron being traded, and the Nuggets are having trouble dealing with Isaiah Thomas amidst their success. Drew breaks it all down and gives his thoughts.
