Dr. Linda Carozza is a clinical professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health. She has written extensively on the broad topic of communication and aging with a focus on creative approaches to improving the quality of life. Her publications include the topic of counselling in chronic aphasia: integrating theory with professional roles in clinical practice and also on the topic of non-pharmacological approaches to dementia. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In 2021, she was selected a National Academy of Practice Speech Pathology Fellow. She has a doctorate in speech and hearing sciences from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York.
