Mrs. Horne teels her story regarding her firing after she stopped  another officer from choking a handcuffed suspect. She served for 20 years on the force however the city of Buffalo refuses to give her pension after this incident. The cop at the time that she stopped since has been found guilty by the FBI for violation of civil rights and admitted that he lied under oath regarding numerous instances of brutality.
