The Paris agreement has been around since 2015. The United States has implemented their strategic goal to reducing admissions. The fact is that Amazon is joining on reducing their carbon footprint is a good PR for them. The things that we Americans free at is at Amazon has not paid on taxes and instead they're deferring their taxes and writing a lost on their company.
