We're joined by Ginny Collins, a Winnipeg-based playwright, to describe her latest work -- "The Flats", is set to debut Wednesday, January 25th at Prairie Theatre Exchange. It's described as "a quirky mystery about what brings people to the edge of the world". After it completes its run at PTE on February 12th, it will be presented in French at Le Theatre Cercle Moliere, from March 2nd to March 18th.
