Prior to H&S he served as principal at Rammy Urban Infill - a self-driven, owner/builder investment company, completing 12 projects ranging from; multifamily historic renovations to high-end custom single family home construction.  Rammy holds a CA Broker's License, is a LEED AP, and has served as an active Board Member on Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group for 3 consecutive years and Small Scale Infill local Product Council Member. Cortez completed the Turner Construction Management Certification and received a Masters in Real Estate, at University of San Diego, Burnham Moores
