So a snowstorm, a penguin and a leprechaun walk into a bar....This was our day on Saturday March 12. The Lake Champlain Penguin Plunge was going on in the midst of a blizzard. Meanwhile, the Newport St Patricks Day Parade was stepping off through the puddles of Newport RI.
