Mid-west Farm Report - Madison

Josh Scramlin has a couple items for us this morning.  First, the Wisconsin biofuels industry is happy that the EPA has denied some small refineries request for RFS adjustments.  He talks with Growth Energy about that. Josh also updates us on the wrap up of Wisconsin's Farm Support Program and how the new Wisconsin Agriculture Youth Council is coming together. Sec.
