Agency apps and digital communities are just a couple of things that Dave Jackson has pioneered in his area of business.  He’s a veteran agent but just started his independent agency a year ago.  He’s doing awesome things in Gilbert, Arizona and has taken the reigns on digital and social marketing.   Dave has been on both sides of the fence and compares and contrasts having been on the captive side versus the independent agency owner side in this podcast.
