One of the questions I hear the most – and one I tend to ask the most – is how do I inspire those around me to desire to be productive? It seems that so many around us don’t care about growing or improving or becoming a better person. Maybe they procrastinate. Maybe they’re lazy. Maybe they have no initiative or ambition. And the frustrating thing is that they have no desire to change. What can we do inspire them? How can we be a positive influence in their life?
