I had the chance to speak with ballet dancer Kirsten Bloom Allen about an initiative called Bands and Ballet that intertwines ballet with rock music. Her goal is to enhance the visual experience of rock concerts, and she's performed with various bands including Jefferson Starship and The Wallflowers In this new video "Sound of Silence" Kirsten and Magnus perform a stunning piece to rock band Disturbed. The "Sound of Silence" performance was choreographed by Tigran Sargsyan, an award-winning choreographer highly sought-after principal male dancer.
