Wow, stoicism again? It's useful shit guys, I promise.  Today Scott Hebert of the Stoic Mettle Podcast joins me to talk about stoicism. I've been a fan of Scott for a while, following him and his farm on social media and interacting every once in a while. When he started up Stoic Mettle, I was more than excited, I was stoked. Stoic Mettle is the only stoic themed podcast, and it's a great one.  I probably mention stoicism once every episode, I talk about it a lot. For a reason. I really think the ideas in this philosophy are very powerful.
