If you believe in the vaccine...open a dialogue with the anti-vaxxers to get a better understanding of why they are so vehemently opposed to it. Spending just a little bit of time in 'Opposite Land' helps give you a more rounded world view of the issue at hand. From a business perspective, it's a no-brainer. You must do this.
