Malcolm Gladwell, famed author of The Tipping Point, is pretty bullish on the future. He believes that we as a society are moving away from a reliance on the Hierarchy and becoming more accepting of the Network. And that, according to Gladwell, is a good thing. He may well be right. He cites Black Lives Matter and the US vaccine rollout as examples of how the Network proved to be a better solution than the Hierarchy. So the question is, Is your business ready for this?
