Life is a roller coaster.   Sometimes you feel up and on top of the world! Everything is bright and beautiful!   Then the next day, you’re in the basement of hell—confident that you will never see the light of day again.   This “up and down” is especially present when going through major chances, or going after your dreams.   It can be nauseating.   But what if you could steady it?   What if it didn’t always have to be such a drastic up and down?   In today’s Fan Question Friday, I share a simple technique I’ve been practicing to stay emotionally steady through turbulent times.
