In this second part of our interview with Karen and Jeff Klakring we talk about the transition they have gone through since Jeff left his full-time job at Qualtrics to work on Lou Lou and Company. We get to hear about how his working from home has influenced the balance of responsibilities at home and also what aspects of working at home are more difficult to manage.
