Chris and Jason are discussing taxes and things you should keep in mind if you have a real estate business. First they remind you to take care of your basics–making quarterly payments and setting up a retirement account. Then they get into LLCs and ask you to consider if one is right for you; if you are doing a lot of deals, it is usually the best way to keep your personal money separate from money that needs to be used for business expenses.
