After completing her Law degree in 2009, she went on to work at the Employment Tribunal as a Caseworker, Tribunal Clerk and Customer Service Officer.  Emma found that she had a knack for resolving complaints or issues when they arose. She also witnessed the stress, financial pressure and emotional strain that so many people go through during the tribunal process.
