So also we, when we were kids, we were in bondage under the rudiments of the world. But when the fulfillment of time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman and born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law,  so that we would receive the sonship. And because you are children, God sent to your hearts  the Spirit of his Son,  which cries: Abba, Father! So you are no longer a slave, but a Son; and if son, also Heir of God  through Christ. Certainly, in another time, not knowing God, you served those who by nature are not gods; but now, knowing God, or rather, being known by God ...
