Like all good things,  this episode drops late and last - yes. You heard us right. Sisi Watatu season 1 is over and we are glad that you have been with us every step of the way. We bring along two new guests, Kelly and Mora who help the boys tackle a new and somewhat difficult topic to speak about - Mental Health. Kenya currently ranks as the fourth country in Africa with the largest populations undergoing mental health issues. This means that there are at least 1.9 million people undergoing some form of mental health illness. And at least one in every four Kenyans undergoing clinical depression. What does this mean for the youth? We dissect some of the questions going through our minds, the topic yielding more questions than answers.
