Dr. Lisa Gives A Sh*t

Celeste combines her science interest (pre-med at one point!) with her food and recipe development talent to win this round on CHOPPED, on the Food Network. She’s killing it in the food/recipe development business, but there’s a lot more to get to, besides all her accomplishments in that are. https://www.foodnetwork.com/shows/chopped/episodes/the-light-stuff Celeste is possibly the most together positive, productive person ever on Dr. Lisa, so I dig in enviously to see how she does it. Did I also mention that Celeste is super smart, talented and beautiful? Celeste has a whole bunch of natural gifts, but the magic sauce I think, is her discipline. As a kindergartener, she would bug her mother to make sure she got to her dance lessons on time. And getting to the Olympic trials for swimming is not for the unfocused. Somewhere along the way, naturally outgoing Celeste learned that FUN is important too, which is what makes her so balanced. #food #cooking #chef #celesterogers
