There is a SYSTEM and for it to work it MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE...HOW will people ever enjoy the harmony of Lawfulness if in FACT it has always been disturbed by these sorts of people. The people in society that keeps passing the test THEIR test giver provides Applying for jobs they have NO interest in evolving. A System of a group of people with a historical pattern of PASSING all and any back ground checks and being handed a gun aby the local government Approved by the Federal Government...These same people that are not subjected to dangers in a normal route of life but handed a gun with hate regardless to who it is toward....What is a menace in society if the Menace is in the Law that the men entrusted in a society daily with evil intent and a cold hardened heart....Let them continue to be Judge Jury and Menace?!
