This episode is an interview with Rachel Thompson. Rachel is a survivor and a passionate advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Relevant to this subject matter is her book titled, "Broken Pieces" which tackles topics such as love, loss, sexual abuse, date rape, and grief; told in pieces or fragments inspiring the title "Broken Pieces." As part of her advocacy for survivors she has connected with other survivors of childhood sexual abuse and has provided a safe place to discuss their stories.
