If you've been following along then you know that last year we tackled some KetoHacks that pushed the boundaries of the typical keto diet to test what could be added to or tweaked to optimize this amazing nutritional lifestyle. So far we've looked at the results from intermittent fasting, sleep optimization, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), infrared sauna, and ice bath cold therapy.  But this is a new year and we're ready to put more to the test.
