Kevin Larrabee stops by this week to discuss two topics that go so so well together: video games and fitness. We focus a great deal of attention on his article "Saying 'Goodbye' to Video Games," funny censor sounds (you'll hear what I chose about halfway through the episode), and self-improvement.
