So you are pumped to get started with eating right and exercising! You have your workout clothes picked out, your program is set to go, your healthy food is prepped and packed and you are ready! Day 1, you do an awesome job and you're on fire! Day 2, you're ready, let's do this! Day 3, I'm going to do this! Day 4.... I said I'd do this and I have to. Day 5, It's Friday, I can skip Friday right? Day 6, I'm going to sleep in, it's Saturday after all! Day 7, Didn't even God rest on Sunday? And then you quit. Sound familiar? That definitely was me! I've found through running and participating in monthly challenge groups that the real problem with people being unable to stick to a health and fitness routine is not that they are incapable, it is because they haven't fixed their mindset.
