Loran Spurling would describe his household growing up as a place where they didn't talk about anything. Today, he talks about everything. Diagnosed in 2006, his HIV positive status is one more thing he freely talks about in hopes of ending stigma. Loran is also a trauma survivor, a recovering addict, was recently dual-diagnosed with genital herpes and is a cat dad. He recently appeared in Logo's HIV+ME series.
