The 5TH annual Red Rose Film Festival takes place November 8-10 in Lancaster. Ryan Shank, Executive Director of festival says participants can expect private screenings, award ceremonies, Q&A, and so much more. “We also have five different industry breakout panels where we're inviting industry experts from around the state to come and share their expertise, “said Shank. Actress and Filmmaker Sugey Cruz began her filmmaking career as a documentary film producer for the Oscar-qualifying film, “The US of Autism.” She’s also collaborated with Universal Pictures, Disney, Blinding Edge Films, and Phi Phen Studios.
