Nina Sharma is the author of the debut memoir-in-essays The Way You Make Me Feel: Love in Black and Brown, available from Penguin Press. It is the official July pick of the Otherppl Book Club. A graduate of the MFA program at Columbia University, she served as the programs director at the Asian American Writers' Workshop and currently teaches at Columbia and Barnard College.
