I have tho honor of playing golf with Lakers Basketball Legend, “Big Game,” James Worthy recently. Besides being a very friendly and personable person he also showed a keen interest in learning as much about me and my business as I did about learning about his experiences. He reminded me of the importance of making others feel valued regardless of status, situation, or any other labels we place on people. From a business standpoint it is a great lessons for not only providing value through your products and services but also the importance of making your customers and prospects “Feel Valued,” every opportunity you get with them.
