Small Town Murder

This week, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a man, who seems to be made for crime, works his way up from petty offenses, to one of the most horrible, bloody murders that a person could commit, by luring a couple to their ultimate demise, for a very small infraction against him. He chops, burns, and gets rid of the bodies, but the evidence is stacked high.
