Salk and Brady Henderson can't help but laugh over hearing the story that Jim Harbaugh gets into the cold tub fully clothed. Later, they take a closer listen to Ryan Grubb's comments on in-game adjustments.

Salk brings on Brady Henderson to dive in on the good and the bad from the Seahawks win over the Patriots last week. They also discuss Mike Macdonald's comments about being "sick to his stomach" over allowing 180 rushing yards last week, and how everyone in the Seahawks building is now being held to a higher standard in 2024. Salk starts the show by explaining why the Jets blowing out the Patriots on Thursday Night Football doesn't mean anything for the Seahawks and their own win against New England. He also gets inot Dan Wilson publicly sharing that Julio apologized to him for his baserunning mistake and why he wa shocked to see that, along with Mel Kiper styating that the NFL should ban the two-high safety look on defense.

Salk brings up how wild it is that 5 of the top 6 QB's in QBR right now are Derek Carr, Kyler Murray, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield and Geno Smith. Then, Brock and Salk break down the matchup with the Dolphins and Seahawks and we get Maura's Fantasy Football Forecast.

The hour starts with listening to your voicemails for Here's The Thing. Then, they bring Gee Scott on to talk life, the current Seahawks, and the upcoming NFL Hall of Fame ballot which includes Marshawn Lynch and Earl Thomas.

Brock and Salk spend more time talking about Julio getting picked off at third base and if it is really fair to put so much of the blame on him or not. They then welcome on Shannon Drayer to get her thoughts on the Julio play and where the Mariners now stand. Salk can't bring himself to talk more Mariners after last night's loss, so he asks the show if they feel lucky or not, along with what their reasoning for those answers are. They then welcome on Trent Green of CBS Sports who will be broadcasting the Seahawks-Dolphins game this weekend to analyze the matchup and what he will be looking for from each side.

Brock and Salk wonder if everyone should completely ecstatic about the 2-0 start for the Seahawks, or if there are enough reasons to still err on the side of caution. They then host trivia with two callers playing for the prize of the new Madden game. In Blue 88, they break down the Seahawks offensive line, Tua and Chris Petersen.

The Seahawks defesne wasn't quite as sharp in Week 2 as they were in Week 1, but Brock and Salk discuss why they were still overall impressed and how they made plays when they needed them most. They then get to all of their Seahawks Takeaways.
