Most recently, Gerald wrote the white paper, “Unending Flow: Case Study on Communications in the Gulf Oil Spill.* Neil Chapman, a BP communicator, was part of BP’s communications response team for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
